Wasn't there an engine stolen from a shop, recently, Avonbar rings a bell?

8.9:1 CR best you can get, clearly doesn't know anything, especially for spending that much money!

Seems sus. his reason for sale, "can't afford parts for rest of install" I thought it was a complete engine, box etc!!

So after spending £4.5K he can't buy a fuel pump and bulkhead box. Lol

I don't think it's expensive with a midified head, freshly bored block, new pistons etc.

8,9:1 CR might be the best you can get. It depends on what you're after.
