Phase 2 cam info- ebay problem!

Hi everyone,

I sold this cam on ebay a couple of weeks back and the buyer (located in France) has said the item was not as described and I am going through a paypal dispute! I bought this new a couple of years ago and it hasn't been used.
Can you check the pics below and let me know if this is "not as described"

What is the dispute about? Is it about condition, different cam than described etc?

For some reasons the pics didn't upload-probably the security settings here at work.
It turns out the guy reckons when he opened up the package it contained a piece of wood! I sent it by royal mail signed for and the parcel weight was 2kg. I would be interested to know how big a 2kg piece of wood would be! I think he is trying it on...

Piece of wood? Yeah I often mistake cams for pieces of wood when I'm posting them off! Sounds like you've got yourself a dodgy customer there.

tell him to stop taking the piss and get your money out of the paypal acount etc
make sure he gets negative feedback!!!

saying it was knackered when it wasn't would be cheeky but tat really takes the piss.

not much of a suggestion i know, but offer a refund on return of sent goods, on the (very slim) of chance the cam does turn up then refuse to refund his money?

he wouldnt send the cam back i doubt.
hes proply got it in his engine now!!

BAC....im sure if you state to Ebay that the size of the parcel would have to be massive for a 2kg block of wood, they'll take your side!

Who did you send it with, alot of courier company inspect the parcel on collection to confirm the item you are sending is what you've written on the paperwork!
