I am hoping that somebody here can help me.

I am about to start building a body frame, to allow me to turn the shell on it's side to weld the underside. A few years back I built a pair of "L" shaped struts that then had mountings bolted to them bolted on which in turn picks up from some point on the floor pan.

At the same time I built these mounts to suit all the cars I generally play with Mk1 Golfs, Sciroccos, Mini's and a couple of others too. However since then I have moved house twice and had a couple of workshops too and have lost some of the mountings. One set of these are the Mini ones :(

What I need is the following measurements, there is a pint or two in it for somebody when I meet up with you guys at a show or similar;

Front

hole centres between the floor mount bolt holes distance between the two central holes (ie. between the inside holes of each mount) and the approximate angle of the floor pan at that point to the flat section of the floor.

Rear

hole centres for the front mountings of the rear subframe (heal board end)
Distance between the two pairs of holes.

I don't have any spare subframes around I can take measurements off at the minute so any help would be appreciated!

I am about to start my girlfriends car and although in good shape it still needs a bit of TLC and as I always TIG everything (just a seashell tart .. LOL) I don't fancy laying in a pool or argon for very long, tends to be fatal......

Chanks in advance and I hope this is the correct section for the post.

How fast and how expensive ...... the same question...
