hi guys.with fuel pressure set at 4.5psicar will only tickover for a
short time,to get the car to tickover correctly i have to reduce
fuel pressure to 3 psi ,but with lower pressure turbo doesnt seem to respond as well as on higher pressure,

Check the float bowl needle valve, it might need adjusting or renewing
