Had a quick search but didn't turn up exactly what I want. I have S reverse rims on my Mini and was looking at putting on, say, Minispares 4 pots over otherwise standard S disc set up. I take it There will be clearance issues? I remember waaaay back in Mini Mag the "playmini" Mk1 with KAD 16v head had 4 pots with said wheels. Just need to know for sure before I order or throw the idea in the bin. Minispares say there might be issues with "standard" wheels.

Not sure about the wheel well "width" on the S reverse rims compared to normal S style ones. I've just this week put a set of m/spares 4 pots on a car with the 7.5 front set up with 10 inch rostyles - same offset as late S wheels I think. Clearance to the wheel well was an issue and have ended up using 9mm spacers to give 3-4mm of clearance - for stones etc. your set up may be the similar to this. so not impossible but pretty sure you'll need little spacers of some type.

If Carling made Mini engines
it would probably be like this one!

Yeah I think spacers are the way to go. I know KAD mentions using spacers with their solid disc set up. I used their template for vented discs (they didn't say if it was 7.9 7.75 or 7.5" discs) but it looks like theres no chance without say a 20mm spacer, so 9mm sounds good with solid discs. Hmmm reverse rims, S discs and spacers without arches yeah!

you will need the arches.

i have reverse rims and S discs and the wheels stick out a bit. with spacers they will stick out alot.

the MOT man said they were not on the car when he tested it ( nudge nudge, wink wink) and that was without spacers.

Yeah I roll mine through the MOT with the stock wheels on then swap over to the reverse rims. Not the best idea but I'm not fond of group 2 arches. Actually my car passed the MOT 5 times with the reverse rims and no arches! No one said a thing until last year the guy picked up on it. TBO with the deluxe strip they're nearly flush but this guy was determined to fail me form the outset. But your right with the extra spacer I'd have to put the arches on.
