This is the maddest engineering stuff I have ever seen in my life. Matey's go kart doing 0-140 in 4 seconds and a bloke getting a 1/4 mile time of 8.8 (in a go kart). Mad rocket fuel powered 1300hp axle drive thing.

Look at all the pics in the gallery. The most impressive is a beetle beating a 4wd 4xV8 engined dragster. Look at the wheelspins.

Humanity has had its moment, concorde is dead and more importantly you don't see stuff like this any more.

same principle i belive,

this is a turbine geared to the rear wheels, the turbine is powered by hydrogen peroxide and a catalist IIRC

this cart does a run at 20% power,

THe H2O2 decomposes into steam. The thermolene stuff is more long burning I think (and quite easy to make)!!!
