Sometimes a good "wiggle" will do it, other times a three legged puller used carefully is required.

Missing tooth needs to be related to the sensor at 90 deg BTDC.

As minor63's pics show, the cut outs are machined into the outside of the S damper, and the damper bolts onto the pulley ( as per the original cooper S) heres the mini spares parts I used, http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=36125 http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=34237 also there's the vee belt pulley available. http://www.minispares.com/Product.aspx?pid=33426 Machining the pulley was actually pretty simple, bolt it to a indexed turntable on a mill and mill a chunk out every 10 degree's. then remove a tooth once you decide where the sensor will go. 63's pulley is a bit nicer with the square cut outs, I didn't trust works cheap mill not to grab if i had it set up verticaly, but even with my shallow crescent cut outs it still provides a good signal.
