Im hoping wil or ben h will be able to answer this one.

Just noticed this doing having a play mocking everything up, as the blocks a little shorter, and the turbo sits a little lower, does this cause any problems?

you can see in this pic the different level of the turbo outlet and the block return:



i can still get the hose on:





....and the top of the turbo outlet is still higher up than the bottom of the block return.

Also, this has got me thinking about the turbo bulkhead box, as the turbo sits slightly lower will there still be enough space?

Wil can probably answer this better than me, but that looks just like ours with the T3 and it worked fine.

As for the turbo box there should be no problem with it being a bit lower. again we use a standard avonbar box and it does not foul the turbo.

Yes, that's how our T3 fitted. The T2 is a better fit.

The main problem is that as it's all so close we went through a couple of the return hoses. But as an oil return it works fine.

Fixing my car....

I have done 4 1000cc mini turbo's now, all been fine with the height difference on the oil return.
