hi all
its a long tome sinse ive been on here an was curious to know what if any mods are needed on the engine to fit a turbo (t3)

ive typed in things like that mods to engine to fit turbo in the search function but it just tells me nop results fount i will try the faq now

that search is a bit specific, try less words like compression ratio etc in the 998 section

As Jo says the info is out there somewhere.

But briefly, if you have a low compression 998 (9:1 or less) then you can wang the T3 straight on (obviously you will need the bulkhead modified to accomodate it).

As for engine internals, if you are sensible with boost (5 to 10psi) then none should be needed, assuming that the engine is in good condition.

You might find that the engine destroys its self quite quickly if it was goosed already.

yes thanks for that ive made acustom manifold so that the exhaust exits the wing and the turbos mounted higher so ive not needed to chop my bulkhead
