Im in the midst of mocking up my i/c setup, basically copying bud666's set up (hope you dont mind).

Anyway, i usually get all sorts of free offcuts from the local ally/steel fabricator, but he only had thickwall stuff in, had a quick ring around, and got put onto a bloke in the north of the island that does pipeing for diary farms etc

in short, £4.60 for a 51mm s/s preformed 135degree elbow in slight brushed finish (supposedly will polish up), £5.80 for 90degree elbow etc

The bloke referred to as diary pipe, and he had loads of varying diameters/lengths/bends, however it doesnt have beads on the ends, but i doubt it will come off.

I might have got ripped off, but after looking on ebay i think its quite good value, so thought Id share it with you lot.

Yep sound good to me. Don't worry about the beads. We have run 20psi on pipes with no beads and they haven't come off.

iv had hoses popping off all the time with 15-20psi and no beads (not got around to welding any on) tho i am useing budget jubilee clips which tbo arnt worth a shit. lost out in some drag eliminators against a car i had easily beat previously froma boost hose popping off, so make sure you get some good clamps on there or itll jsut end in dissapointment 8)

well nerrrrrrrrr

:)

ordered a bunch of s/s jubilees from LMA earlier in the week which should hopefully be ok, would really like some of those flat mikalor type clips, but cant really justify the cost at the moment...:(

Go to a window/conservatory place and they uses some nice 2" tubing (and different sizes) for supports and things.

My mate works for one and he just gets me lengths of the stuff when i need it. just need to find a good way of bending it. It is very thin walled though so shouldnt cause too much of a problem
