I have just put a claim in for some tiles which were blown off. My insurers seemed very approachable, asked for a photo to prove the damage and asked me to get a local company to uote for the repair.
Every day is a school day ...........

his problem is that he's already had it repaired, , he could try contacting them and making a claim, they may just ask for a quote without viewing, in which case its a winner,if they wanr t to view, hes going to have to argue he had it repaired for safety reasons,
