This guy has been let of 47 times and jailed only on his 48th conviction
yet your average jo blogs who brakes the law once in a blue moon gets arse raped by courts as they jenerally dont feed the utter bullshit to the wigs

We've got a rogue driver in my city as well. They eventually took his car, but he got another one. SO, they took his new one etc.. I guess after a while, he cannot afford buying new cars :)
