I recently won an ebay auction for an exhaust elbow and having recieved it it appears to have been modified. (poorly)

the face that bolts to the turbine housing has been bored out 5mm wider then the turbo outlet.

will I loose power as a result of the 2.5mm misalignment each side running 10psi boost?
