Well as I am still building my mini turbo; and have only driven the mg metro turbo donor car
And I am still pondering how quick the little bugger is going to be ?

I worked out that the weight difference between the two cars can be up to a maximum of 35stone !! thats like three adults getting in or out of yer car depending on which way you look at it !

F@@k me the mini should be quick shouldnt it !!!

according to haynes the metro turbo is 840kg.

My mini is 550kg.

IS your mini stripped out much

9 valves, 4 wheel drive, 3 cylinders, 1 turbo, which got nicked

Thanks 4 making me welcome on this forum BTW

So anyone gunna say ; from the Met to the Min in standard form is that a WOW factor ?

All i am gunna do 1st is just fit a bleed valve; and run mebe 8-9 PSI

if all is good then a intercooler and a RR tune !

Should be done this w/e I hopw ..

according to carfolio.com the mini weights around 650kg and the metro turbo around 840kg

thats not quite 3 people (unless they were jockeys) but yeah, still quite a weight difference :)

190 kg difference!..3 people would be 9 1/2 stone each..fatty boy jockeys!..think Mark was refering to our weight minis not the burgerking eating standard things!

haha i know noone, but i feel really welcome on here too, hope it never turns into a "miniclassic" forum thats gone way downhill apart from the for sale section *tongue*

To be honest, i didnt find one person other than my sister that didnt like my metro turbo! She wouldnt let me pick her up from a nightclub in it, everone else seemed to like it!
