My wife was starting to drive home from work last night when she discovered the -98 Mini had no brakes *surprised*
When I push the brakepedal it comes a lot of brakefluid from the right caliper. My toughts are that the O-ring betwin the two caliperhalfes is broken. Any toughts about this??
Is this a common problem?? And shouldent it be a low level switch??

It is rare for this O-ring to fail, but anythings possible.

You will have to inspect the caliper to see where the fluid is coming from.

I have dissmantled the caliper, and it was the sealingrings for one of the pistons.
No place to get a set of sealingrings today, or the next week, but a friend had a set of calipers :)
