Im in a muddle yet again. when i stripped the car a friend helped my and he took off the fuse box and all the wires. i have come to refit the box and don't know where they go. i have spent time looking at the haynes book but it states differnt things. The wires i have are:

white
white/green
brown x2
red
red/green
green
purple
green/oragnge x2

have you any ideas which goes to which?

Make a cup of tea, sit down with the manual and it will all become clear.

To be honest it really doesn't mate the order so long as the inputs and load sides match for each circuit.

As with most things time and patience are the key to auto electrics.

What year and model is the car by the way? I have all the genuine workshop manuals and would happily scan the correct diagram and post it for you tomorrow.

The car is a studio2 on a 'j' plat 1992. pleanty of tea has been drunk but i guess the bag will need another squeeze.
