control panel-sounds and audio devices then sounds. theres some stuff in there but i dont know what it does lol no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Just about the same, but in control panel its called "sounds and audio devices" and there are some tabs, click on "sounds"

just reminded me of when we first got pc's at school with 95 on, we used to find the files for the startup/shutdown picture and logo and change them to porno "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"
