How much static and total do you guys run?

Currently I have 8 degrees static and only 16 total :s

under full chat i think mine is 23 degrees... but it is 50 degrees at 3500 rpm and 10% throttle...

I take it you run boost retard like Jim (or he does like you, if its that way round!)

I'm pretty sure my dissy is up the swanny.. but at least its nice and gentle on the engine, abeit at the expence of any power!!
