just like a good show of the turbos to really see whats what

just wondered if anyone had thought anymore on when/where/if this is gonna happen?

Well i'm still up for doing it. Mines being set up on the 16th so any time after then.

how about easter weekend?

Mines getting setup at some point after payday so i'll be ready.

Mine is still in bits. Still need to find some cash for new bits yet.. :$

If i'm organising it i'd want full payment up front, since its only £10/15 then its not that bad. Just easier if/when people dont turn up as its all paid for.

Need rolling road suggestions to approach now, i assume we may as well try to sort a mag feature as well? We still got that TM banner?

TM banner is somewhere.. cant remember where though.. ha ha.

midlands would be good for us, otherwise its a four hour drive.. not much fun in the frog..

Thats why northampton seemed to be a reasonable choice and there is a good RR there isnt there? Seem to remember JF mentioning one with an up to date RR setup.

Other option is Morspeed? They're just off the M1 at coalville near leicester.

i could make it if im alowed to bring my n/a 998??lol and depending were your doing it.
i also have a mate with a metro turbo (in a metro) that could be interessted if hes alowed and got it running?
im just thinking to make up numbers if you want disscount etc??
theres a place in northhampton that is good acording to my dads mate who used them to set up his old westy and porsch 944 turbo.

Prefer to give priorities to the turbos BUT i very much doubt we'll hit the max limit.

Other thing about Simon's is there will possibly be interesting stuff kicking about.

So here is a list for the shoot-out. please add your name and re-post. This is for Saturday 7th April at Morspeed - Leicester (or close to that area if he cant do it! lol!). I havent had a chat with Simon yet but if we start getting some "yes's" then i will to firm things up.

Once things are firmed up i'll put a price and then collect asap.

but its dependant on -

a - it being repaired after the crash
b - if i have done any of the 16v work. if i have started that there is no chance.

any mini is welcome as mentioned, as are metro turbos

I'm guessing we'll have a limit of 20 but "if" we get to that then the N/A's etc will get removed in order of last in, first out type thing.

I'm 99% sure we will not have this problem though.

If mines done i'd be really up for it, plan is to have it MOT'd by mid march now, so should make it. Although it will be piss poor power.

I cant make that saturday... I'll be at the Nurburgring!!!

good cross section is what were after, from standard turbos to full race!

Still shows whata std turbo can do compared to NA 1380's etc etc
