went halves on this with a mate today...

i had the first (and last...) go, needless to say my mate andy was pretty pissed at me!

great fun though, a new fuselage is only £18, wings £8 etc so not the end of the world, just annoying as the model shop isnt open till the week after next LOL

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be...
So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

yeah, very first time

going into the wind was fine, just once i was heading downwind the speed picked up, did a roll by accident trying to bring it back round and couldnt tell if it was coming toward us or going further away...it was banked a little and instead of levelling up, i nosedived into the ground...

imo it was an very impressive 10 seconds, even if i do say so myself!

LOL

Yeh this type of plane is not the easiest to fly straight off

IMHO youd be better with a high wing trainer, then move onto the fancy stuff*wink*

A friend of mine put a massive bend in a steel gate with one of those, he didn't have a fail safe and there was interferance from a radio ham near by. RC planes/cars are great craic! Must get mine out over christmas.

The First Officer on the boat I worked on last summer bought one of those to play with at the boat. It lasted for 15meter/10sec before the engine took fire. The hole boat/plane almost burned up :)
