can someone give me a "recipe" spec to acheive these sort of figures , want it to be reliable too, and use the mirage kit, dont want to cut the bulkhead

Good advice there - but the ultimate ingredient is intercooled efficient boost and 6500 or more rpm...

What you need to make sure the engine is capable of recieving and using this boost and revs is found with searching and seeing what other folks have done.

Alternativly, take a look at www.turbo-mini.com - there are some 'sample' engine build specs there i recall...
