Might get away with the inlet/exhaust if covered in sealant, but not so sure about the head gasket. At the end of the day is it really worth the risk for the sake of a few quid or dollars?

yeah you can use the intake gasket if you realyyhave to and youve not got a new one. but i normally use a new one

no a head gasket is a one use item.

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

Ive re-used the inlet/exhaust loads of times before. As long as the intake etc comes off cleanly, I wouldnt worry.
Back then nobody stocked proper turbo in/ex gaskets, so I always had to re-use.
I never had any issues with leaks.

*tongue* unless its out of hours, and you needed the car for workm the next day, and there was very few miles on it, and teh head had to come off for some reason......

I did use one before once, and it never gave any trouble, but generally you should always replace.

I made sure I always had one spare after that. Still have one in my garage today, and I havent hardly drove the thing for over 10 years !!
