Hi everyone!
Well finally coming to the end of my first mini turbo conversion, and just want to say thanks to the admin for this site, its been a huge help in getting me along cheers :)

The problem I have now come accross is the bottom rad hose is crushed against the turbo flexi inlet hose and actuator. I am using the standard side mounted Mini rad setup, and the radiator is a Minispares 2 core high flow rad. Having searched the forum I cant find any previous posts on this problem. I am sure its a common problem for all turbo conversions using the std rad, has anybody any sugestions or modifications? Or is there a method to solve this?

Please Help!

i had the same problem on mine, i cut about an inch off the end of the water pipe that goes onto the water pump end, this helps to pull the water pipe away from the turbo inlet pipe, will still be tight but i have had no problems doing this

Thanks for the reply guys, Going to look into shortening the hose, and might have a look into making a custom hose, which aint restricted.

Thanks for your input.
