i really struggled last night getting the front hubs back onto the metro, is there a secret way to do it??

Yeah,when you pull it apart jack the car up underneath the bottom ball joint,Remove the rubber bump stop from under the top arm and put a bit of metal(socket etc) in place of the rubber bit.Take jack back out.

thankyou!! got them back on, managed to fit a piece of metal in place of the bump stopps and it worked fine, thankyou dangerous!!

I assume your fitting the metro hubs to a metro ..... will upset the front geometry if used on a Mini Every day is a school day ...........
