R5's run higher boost so the actuator is stiffer |

Not suprised about the higher boost but i need a pair of pliers to move the actuator |

high psi actuators are bloody strong "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

i've got a 14psi (think renaults are 10psi) and its very very hard to move.

oh and to test, some sort of air supply, bleed valve/regulator, and a boost gauge will show you how much pressure it takes to start to move the arm. |

4psi of boost before a bleed valve I'd have thought.

they can be and thats why ive got a bleed valve. i will get one at some point. |

I use a footpump to force it out when putting it on. but the old 4psi one was easy to move. I have an R5 T2 one at home somewhere, I'll see what it's like if I remember.
