just been watching it, got the box set for chrimbo and just had a few hours to start watching it, kinda makes you feel really insignificant...that what you do day to day dont mean shit !!... you just dont get people like those in the script now, people i meet day to day wouldnt do anything for anyone especially their country ! if you 8nt seen it go out and buy it guys (if you like war films..and true ones at that) story revolves around ww2 US airborne infantry regiment (2nd bat 506th) and the lads within the regiment ! really good, but bloody gory i bet it has been dulled down and the level of gore is only the tip of the iceberg to what the lads went through in ww2 ! and better still no offence to the americans they have not made it another patriotic corney nonsense movie ! and they dont steal accolades from the brits like they did on U-571

well lets all celebrate their bravery by going out onto the streets mugging them,,,,selling their most closest possessions for f all and inject ourselves with smack ??? then go down to the local council office and bleed the general public a bit more by asking for a crisis loan.....anyone up for it ?
