Yes Mark, I do realise they are lighter and do indeed improve the power to weight ratio (Slightly).

The reason I asked 1573wx, was that I would like to know if his car was was for Race, Hillclimb,Drag or Road use. The shell im building up is an Ex Miglia and the roof has a fair few dents plus some rust! I enquired a while ago about how hard they are to fit and apparently there not too bad! Its a sort of Track Day/Sunday Blast car. Check the pics in Members motors titled Mikes Miglia/Turbo Project!!
