Hi all,

Found the site very useful and exciting as I am planning a turbo conversion on one of my minis (proud owner of 3 and a shell ...)

Plan was to go turbo on a low comp 1275 with some work to the head (not much) a Renault 1.5DCi turbo (got it for free ...) some piston cooling jets, a GTT carb and intercooler.

I am now thinking of a 998 turbo as I got an unmilled 12G295 head and the GTT carb is shamefully small at 32 mm ...
What is more, I expect that the gearbox can remain standart with the 998 at power levels of around 80hp

sounds a great little project, might be showing my ignorance here, but may i ask what a GTT carb is off?
