I run 18psi on a set of non-forged Hepolites. Not sure how long they're going to last though.

I reckon the'll last forever with 10psi, and that should be good for 120 bhp with a good head.

Sold the turbo and seeing what the C20XE can do!

Near Lincoln

Well i personally would say 20psi on those with under crown cooling. There are a fair number of people use them, cant say i know many using forged although i think giallofly is.

no real need to forged pistons unless you want a bigger dish than 10cc which comes in the cast pistons. I run cast pistons, over 150bhp,, no problems

I'd have thought RPM, Heat and Mixture are the killers of pistons, NOT boost.

Remember the forces on a recipriocating mass like a piston / crank / rod increase with the Square of rpm, hence at 7000rpm forces are (approx) 1.36 times higher than at 6000rpm...

Get a shift limiter....

True Dave but more boost is more BMEP and eventually you'll find the structual strength of the std piston design...

But from most peoples experience, our pistons seem to be nice and strong :)

Those cast 10cc omegas will do the job, mine ran 22 psi on them with healthy BHP. provided the engine is set up correctly they are sorted. Your engine is basically the same spec as mine that did a 13.62 quarter and would show most things a clean pair of heals on the track.
