After chatting to my friend who is a machienist about me opting for megajolt ignition on my mini, and my need for a trigger wheel he said he could machine my pully.
He has just this minute dropped it back to me (and in record time!!) as Ive only seen a few pics of other on this site, can any of you gents confirm that its adequit, it is 36-1 the half moon sections measure a width of 5mm, depth of 3mm and the "crest" between half moons is approx the same, is this correct?
Sorry about the rough measurements, using a plastic rule as its too damn cold to walk out to the van and dig out the vernier!!
Thanks
Shane.

I like nice quiet girly Minis

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Looks like the one's I have just had done.

Should be fine. From my quick measurements of the Ford VR sensor it looses all signal at about 4mm so if you have 3mm depth and a 1mm gap then all wil be fine!!!

Every day is a school day ...........

How fast and how expensive ...... the same question...

Feebleuk, It didnt cost me at all, Im luck in the fact we're always doin stuff to help each other out. If you need one doing (in light of Tom Fentons unfortunate change of circumstances) I will ask him to turn out another, at a small cost.
Thanks for that roger, just wanted to check it ws adequit.
