Buggered a plug thread on an alloy golf head m14x1.25 (?) anyone got a helicoil kit ??

Excellent,don't know if the head is coming off or not yet...................

To cut a long story short I was trying to start it today(flooded I think Hmmm twin 40's) and a plug popped out and went in the cam pulley which locked the engine solid.
Got the plug back out the pulley and it still wont turn over with a spanner on the crank,so I think the cambelt must have jumped.
