On my way to football tonight and in a bit of a rush locked up all four wheels and used a lovely focus c - max to stop me.

new front end, and some engine ancilleries. good bit is the drivers side had some rust only minor but hey. a panels needed doing too. and scuttle hmmm could get a bargin out of this.

for the record, i wasnt speeding, i was wearing my belt, i was insured fully comp, taxed and tested.

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

I was just thinking of our friend too! I believe it was bumpy ice as well!

Well at least this might kick start a nice rebuild. Although we all know what that means, way too much time and money will be spent!

Well i suppose that means the rusty slam panel is gone.

I will speak to the insurance again today and see if a fg or cf front can replace all the metal.

other than that i can begin the gathering of bits for my 16v
