I know a lot of people are not a fan of these, but if you want to lower the compression on the cheap:

Its basicaly the same as having the piston 1.5mm down the bore (for the 6cc or 2.1mm for the 9cc plate)

So by the time you've fitted the two head gaskets your looking at either 12cc or 15cc? Seems like a lot of volume and hence a huge lowereing of CR to me. |

I think he aiming them MG spec 10.5:1 engines for use with their supercharger kits. Every day is a school day ...........

The welding on the manifolds was shocking though. Was all over the bloody place, while I am sure it did the job he could have at least been tidy. |

Sorry to drag this up again, but ive been browsing the flea bay and spotted these! Has anyone actually had a go with these? What problems do people see arising?
1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

Surely you loose squish with large dish pistons? 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.
