I've been looking at getting a decent helmet sorted for my up coming years racing.

good idea, i think, as long as its fit for purpose an RAC scrutineer will put relevant stickers on it at its first presentation.

ive been dying to get a stilo wrc helmet for the rally car, but im slightly wary of open(ish) face helmets as i look like a hamster when theyre on... "Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun"

What is the spec. of them Iain, I'll check in the Blue Book. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

I was actually looking at the Stilo open face carbon in Demon Tweeks.... A search online seemed to suggest its discontinued now though ?? Although I think Ears have them in Blue.....I want black though. I prefer an open face. Hate everything being so closed in when driving in-car. Easier to see and hear whats going on with open face. 9.85 @ 145mph

This is mine. Or at least it looks like this, you don't seem to be able to get the exact model I have. I personally feel safer with a full face whether it is or not.

well i ended up with the one JF suggested after a load of looking around and decided not to bother with the states thing.
