I seriously doubt it! |

Unfortunately Paul for you I work on the Chrysler side of Daimler Chrysler. However this diagnostic machine cannot have been a lot of cop as the STAR machine used by Merc dealers and some specialists will tell you if the driver has farted, for how long and what temperature it came out at. There is no need to guess which sensor any more as all can be read and compared to spec. How old is the car and where did you take it?

I heard Scruffy may be able to help. He has a misfire which seems to be on any cylinder. It was intermittent initially when cold only, but has now become all the time. There is no power . Its been on a diagnostic machine which just says that threre is a misfire. The garage says they can start replacing sensors at about £100 a go, but it could be any one of them or simply a plug or coil pack. The plugs are getting replaced first, but just wondered if anyone could help with a diagnosis if its a common fault. Cheers Paul On 5th Sep, 2011 Vegard said:
