Hi, as far as i no all the arms have the same holes in them so you could use a cossie one and weld it on if it's shorter.

as for setting it up, i just start off with just a little tension on it and keep turning it in until you get to where you want.

Best 1/4 mile 13.2 seconds @116 mph
First 5 port miniturbo to make over 200 bhp on a carb?
First 5 port miniturbo to make over 200 bhp on Injection?

ive been told 6mm preload

i have a new arm now but my old was a bad casting :(

I never use that much pre-load - more like 2-3mm, but that is a 14psi actuator...

One other way is to get a gauge and per load the arm pump up the actu with pressure until it moves the arm a little and that might give you an idea on the psi.
