how do i do it so im getting the correct boost ?

Wolfie, noticed on that site you are after a plenum, have one with the Montego take off it is any good to you.

Can't you repair that arm by welding a washer on the end or something?

When I set up my actuator, I connected my air compresser to it and boost gauge, and set my compresser to give desired boost.
Then adjusted the actuator arm to fully open the waste gate.

Expect someone's got a better way though!
