Hi & welcome to the site.
Firstly how come you wan't to build a 1310 exactly ? most people prefer 1293 as a more suitable range of pistons are available, with Omega doing both a cast and forged Turbo piston in this size.
Any late A+ block is suitable, so don't worry about sourcing a "Turbo" one. Same with the crank and rods, A+ is fine here.
So pick up an A+ unit from a 1275 Metro and start from that. You will also find these units are very cheap when compared to the prices people charge for "Turbo" engines.
You will however need a Turbo carb, manifold ex/in, etc

Hope this helps.

im running about 1310 but only because i didnt now at the time i bought it the trouble with bigger cc is it takes more work to run more boost i think .boost beats cc's. but if your getting the parts cheap then it might be worth it *smiley*

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
