I just got my new pistons and Iam about to have the block rebored.
What information do they need to bore the block to the right size?

The piston box says 2,7805"/70,625mm (MiniSpares Mega +40)

According to the Rover manual I have, the clearance of skirt in cylinder should be (turbo engine):
Top: 0,0029-0,0045" / 0,074-0,114mm
Bottom: 0,0009-0,0025" / 0,023-0,056mm

Is this information enough (and right)?

I doubt I'll be dipping into the 13's like you did though!

You could have an offset rebore9moving the bores out wards to increase the thickness between 2+3)not really worth it on +40.
Best give them the pistons and rods incase it needs decking as well
