Hi there,

Im WebbA, im 24, from northeast englnad and have owned 5 minis to date. After amassing a ton of metro/mini spares im planning to build a decent metro turbo engine over the next year or so, which I can put in a mini shell when my present car dies (probs middle of next year)

Ive owned an RS Turbo before and am ok with the basics of turbo'ing a motor. Although I still have alot to learn.

My first things to do is get hold of a decent turbo engine for rebuild (i already have manifolds/turbo/carb plenum etc.etc

You don't really need a turbo engine to start with, all they are these days are overpriced heaps of junk in the majority.

Hi there, Thanks for the info, ive been using the search function all morning for many other questions i have and its answered them all, my only concerns were the difficulty of fitting larger exhaust sodium based valves.
