Can anybody tell me how to change the headings to add say "finished", "updated", "please delete" or whatever once they have been posted.

Seen it happen a few times and it's got me ..... can't find how and I've been clicking around like a mad thing....

Just click on edit & up can edit the titles the same way as you edit the body of the post.
