As you can see from the pics, it is offset so that the nut fits inside the pulley. Dimensions are;
62mm OD
38mm in V
15mm mounting hole
33mm nut recess OD
10mm offset
2.5mm wall thickness of mounting flange (between bearing face and nut face)
Are you thinking you can make me an alloy one Carl? How much?

why is everyone changing them? is it just because they broke when they were pulled off?

i made mine bigger to slow it dowm,
but it did bend getting it off, [stuck solid]
