I stripped an engine I had kicking about today, and found it to have a brand new Kent 256 cam in it.. (Mild road/ turbo according to minisport)

Its not going to be a daily driver, so I just want a decent amount of power really.

I'd bin it. Its exhaust duration is pretty small, even compared to the MG Metro (Kent 500 cam).
