i have my mini lowered! probobly a lil more than i should for the road but i'm fiddling with the height & fitting new suspension parts etc

i think you might find you will have more traval, as in if you go over a bump quick you wont be air born as soon?

i think they meen brackets for lowered cars, ie the mount has been moved up to stop the damper bottoming out so easily |

arrh this is what i'm on about, i've never looked at a pair to compair the differances so from that i dont know what they are for

The top pin is higher, and also a bit closer to the inner wing to straighten the dampers angle compared to the upper arm. Ie, more efficient.

Another reason for moving the mount up is that it moves the piston in the damper more into the middle of the damper. The damper will perform better if the pistion is more in the middle/ I guess because it will have more fluid to play with than if it is stuck at one end all the time. http://www.twin-turbo.co.uk
