i have a spi mini block that im using to build my turbo engine, couls i use the crank sensor already fitted to the block to run megajolt or does it have to be the ford crank sensor?

Youl need to modify the reluctor ring in the flywheel. If its the early SPi before 94 it will be a bit more tricky.

You have to remove the reluctor ring, weld on another tooth to give you 36-1. you then have to measure and mark the flywheel correctly so you can position the missing tooth 90 degrees after the sensor with the engine at TDC.

Its not been done yet, no reason why it shouldnt.

I will be doing this in the next few weeks, ill keep you posted

Its a bit of work but if you have it apart and you have the bits then i dont see an issue

Just make sure you acurately line up the ring to the sensor at TDC*wink*
