AWRIGHT LADS. iM PLANNING ON GETTING SUM PIPE TIG WELDED ON THE THE PLENUM CHAMBER.jUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT SIZE TO WELD ON?? aLSO WHATS THE MOST COMMON SIZE OF INTERCOOLER PIPE RUNNING OFF THAT.THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Mitsi Evo 7, 911, Cossie. & all the chavs ...... won no problem

use 1" or 25mm for the plenum dump valve take off

the most common size is 2" which most peeps use

hope this helps

the pipe coming out of the turbo is 0/D 46mm

You couldn't have timed you post better, I've just been in the workshop drilling a plenum to fit a take off for a DV. The DV pipe is 25mm (1 inch) & most IC pipes are 52mm (2 inches). If you really want I can go and take some pics.

I kept the 46mm inlet and re welded it at a differant angle. then used a 45-52mm reducer to connect it in the the rest of the pipes.

Theres more than one way to do it :)

id recommend JFs plenums excellent product and i dont think youll find cheaper

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
