Hi all.. ok so i have tried to work out some gear raitios, however im not sure if im doing it right, can anyone help and tell me what the raitio would be for the following?

29,25,22,19

15,19,23,25 - Laygear

a 4 syrco st cut box with a 2.54 first gear

Everyone knows that instructions only have to be read if the thing doesn't work....
