Yours from the Funny Farm

whats the ideal size for an I/C to be for a mildly modded turbo 1293 running not more than 15 psi?

i know someone who can custom make one for not so much so if any of you guys want a custom one gimme a bell and ill see what i can do

oh and btw will I/C efficiency suffer if the pipes to and from the turbo are quite long?

thanks

tom

the biggest you can get in a mini front as space is limited anyway!
im going to use a 2wd cossie i/c which i think should be up for the job, as a few people on this site runs them and a few run more than 15psi!
just look in the search for intercooler or 2wd cossie etc.

cheers

Metro/Cavalier/Golf GTI fuel pumps are handy though, as they have push on barbs at each end.

The Ford pumps usully have a threaded outlet.

9.85 @ 145mph
202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

scroll down to page 5, the MG metro turbo is listed as a FP603 or 0580464070, then see what else its used on, that will give you an idea what you can rob the pump off.
