never seen one before. but the ones in garages spin the wheel up very fast. to balance accuratley. i can think of better things to spend 50 notes on no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.

I have a home balance kit, not like that one, but I like it because you can balance the wheel with the locking wheelnut on the wheel to get it more accurate.
I seriously doubt it! |
