Hi, couple of pics of my Mini, hope fully starting restoration in the next few weeks and possibly the turbo route, not 100% yet.

Anyway, was a bog standard Mayfair when i bought it in 2001, unfortunatley, i haven't got any pics of it then.

How it was when it came off the road in 2003





Started repairing part of the headlight loom, ended up staying like that until now



Eventually, got it garaged 3 weeks ago..



Only a 998 at the minute, but like i say, it was my first car and insurance was the killer. Still though, had an immense ammount of fun with it and can't wait until it's back on the road with a bit more power.

There shall be progress pics when i eventually pull my finger out and get the ball rolling.

Sorry with Wofie there....interesting is my comment. Have a look on the net for how other people strap stuff down. understand you might not have had wheel straps but... *wink* Nice looking me :)

Didn't look right to me either lol
